What to write about

• Before you join: questions about the plans, the free market check, or how the service works.
• Your account: trouble signing in, your dashboard, or the dedicated job-search email we check and clean for you daily.
• Your search: changing your targeting, exclusions, or pay floor — you can also do this yourself anytime from your dashboard’s Adjust editor, and stopping your service is the “Stop my service” button there.
• Privacy requests: asking what we hold about you, correcting it, or asking us to delete it — see Your Privacy Choices for how those requests work.
• Something that looks off: if an employer or “recruiter” asks you to move a conversation to Signal, WhatsApp, or Telegram, that is a scam — forward it to us and do not engage.
