What AppliedForMe (operated by Tarsus Partners LLC) collects, why, and what we never do with it — in plain words, like everything else here.
What we collect
Your intake: the facts you give us in the questionnaire — your name and contact details, work history, resume, target roles, pay floor, distance and exclusions, and your answers to common screening questions. Your resume and LinkedIn (if you have one) pre-fill parts of it, and anything they disagree on is flagged for you to confirm.
Your job-search accounts: we create a dedicated job-search email account for your search and, where needed, accounts on job boards and employer sites in your name. Login credentials for those accounts are stored in a secure vault.
Your application record: every application we submit for you, with its proof — the employer’s confirmation email or a screenshot of the submitted screen — filed in your job-search inbox and shown on your dashboard.
Payment: your card is charged through our payment processor, Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Site visits: like most sites, ours uses cookies and advertising pixels (from Google and Meta) that tell us which ads and pages people visit, so we can measure our advertising and show our ads to people who have visited the site.
What we use it for — and only that
To run your job search: prepare your resume and profiles, create and sign in to your accounts, submit applications in your name using only your facts, and report every application back to you.
To talk to you about your service — including texting or emailing you when a job site sends a security code to your phone that only you can answer, and asking you directly when an employer’s question isn’t covered by your record. We never invent an answer on your behalf.
To bill your plan and, if you stop, to refund unused days as the Refund policy describes.
What we share
With employers and job boards, as your agent: submitting an application means sending that employer the facts in it — that is the service you hired us for, done only within the targets and rules you set.
With the services that run ours: Stripe processes payments; the platforms we operate on process the work. They receive what they need to do their part and nothing more.
We never sell your personal information. Your account credentials are used only for your search and are never shared or used for anything else.
Your choices and control
You can review and change your targeting, exclusions, screening answers, and facts at any time from your dashboard; changes apply going forward, and earlier versions are kept and dated.
You can withdraw consent to service texts and emails at any time by telling us — your search will then be limited to sites that don’t require phone codes.
Your job-search email account is yours to keep when the service ends, with its full history. If we rewrote your LinkedIn with your permission, a complete copy of your original profile was saved first and can be restored on request.
To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete your record, email appliedforme.support@gmail.com. Some records must be kept for accounting and legal reasons even after a service ends.
Keeping it safe
Credentials live in a secure vault, access is limited to running your search, and sign-in alerts you receive from job sites while we work are the service working — not a breach.
One warning we give every client: any recruiter or “company” asking you to move a conversation to Signal, WhatsApp, or Telegram is a scam — and a Google security alert can carry a scammer’s message inside it. Check your account yourself at google.com and forward suspicious alerts to us.
