One school per page — high school, college, trade school, training: all the usual stuff. Fill in what you remember and leave the rest blank. People don't remember everything, and we never decline a form over a missing detail — if something turns out to matter for an application, we'll ask you for just that one item.

Activities, societies, relevant coursework (optional)

High school counts — add it the same way. So do trade school, apprenticeships, military training, and any licence-required schooling: if it taught you the work, it belongs here.
